We are looking for candidates in multiple roles to support a range of Intelligence Analysis programs at the Senior-level for our client, The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) supporting multiple CCMDs.


DIA maintains organic intelligence and counter intelligence capabilities to support these functions by maintaining awareness of specific threats and adversary capabilities and intent. Analysis and production results are captured in working aids, I&W alerts, intelligence summaries and articles, senior staff briefings, and national level databases. The contractor shall support DIA intelligence processes critical to near-term, mid-term, and far-term efforts for multiple CCMDs, Intelligence Community (IC) components, and other branches of the Department of Defense (DoD). Some roles will be based primarily in the DMV area while others will be in any of the CCMDs.


One of the key management roles will require the following additional skills and experience:

  • Program/Project Management over multiple IC tasks
  • Knowledge and experience with DIA
  • Ability to communicate and present complex capabilities and data at the highest levels of command
  • Experience with orals presentations to medium to large groups and panels


General Requirements for all candidates in Intelligence Analysis Support

  • Support for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats
  • Provide A&AS support with analysts that are knowledgeable and experienced in supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting
  • Roles exist within multiple Intelligence Disciplines, supporting multiple Mission Areas to include: Analysis, Sciences, Engineering, Analytical Enabling, and Counterintelligence/HUMINT/Collections).


Required Skills:

  • Possess knowledge and experience in All-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
  • Possess knowledge and experience in utilizing analytical research tools, resources, associated equipment and software
  • Possess knowledge and experience in intelligence information flow and other governing regulations, including Intelligence Oversight requirements as needed to insure a timely response to meet customer requirements
  • Possess knowledge and experience in supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to JC reporting



Experience using Palantir is desired.


Education and Experience for Sr. Level Intelligence Analyst:

Bachelor or higher degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

These roles require access at the Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) level.

Polygraph is highly desirable.
