The PM must provide program management support to ensure identified tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements. The PM must participate as a member of a government-led team as requested by the Government Client. The PM must participate in a Kick-Off meeting between appropriate Government and contractor personnel to review SOW requirements and understand work scope and deliverables. The PM must keep the Government Client informed of any potential problems and make recommendations for solutions. The PM must be responsible for ensuring delivery of a Project Plan, Monthly Status Reports, a Quality Control Plan, Monthly Financial Reports, Monthly Quality and Performance Reports, Program Management Reviews, Schedule, Meeting Minutes/Trip Reports, and will facilitate Transition In/Out.
