    Fast paced leading Global Technology Company supporting Capitol Hill looking for Software Support Helpdesk Analysts to join our team during the upcoming Congressional transition.  In the months immediately following the November general elections, our company sees a surge of activity in support of Congressional members preparing for the new term.  Our team must be ready to support new Congressional Members as they prepare to start their service in the New Year. 

    Job Description

     

    This task requires 1 - 2 Software Support Helpdesk Analysts to provide technical support by telephone, email and chat.  Responsibilities include software end-user assistance, system administration services and remote computer and printer troubleshooting.   The candidate must be able to learn quickly how to troubleshoot and guide customers in using customer proprietary software. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are imperative in working with our high profile clients.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • 6 months to one year experience providing software end-user support in a call center environment.
    • Experience using an IT service management system (i.e. ITSM, Remedy)
    • Experience managing Active Directory Users and Computers
    • Experience providing remote IT support
    • Knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office including email administration, Office 365
    • Experience troubleshooting basic network connectivity and settings for workstations and printers
    • Sound troubleshooting and the ability to solve a wide array of typical help desk calls
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with high profile VIP customers.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

     

    Working Shift:

    • Will require flexibility on schedule as required working hours may change.  Will typically be 8 hours daily/40 hours weekly with 30-minute non-billable lunch break.
    • Report to our central offices in Fairfax, VA
    • Ability to come in early, stay late, and flex hours within a work week are a requirement.
