VariQ has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Service Desk Specialist Associate to support the US Mint project.
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
1 - 2 years experience (must have at least one certification or equivalent from the following list and maintain throughout the task order: CompTIA, ITIL, MCSA, MCP, MCSE, and HDI Desktop Support Technician Certificate).
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline.
