    VariQ has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Manager  in Atlanta, GA.

     

    Additional Information:

    • Salary: competitive market rate
    • Location: Atlanta GA
    • Available: upon award, currently in proposal stage
    • Security clearance: ability to attain a public trust required

    Responsibilities

    • Provides daily supervision and direction to User Support staff that are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.  These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT and system problems

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years within a help desk environment required.
    • Previous experience managing teams required.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline highly preferred
