The Portfolio Manager of Subcontract Programs will report to the SVP of Service Delivery.  As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the providing vision, oversight, training/mentorship, and management to staff, projects, and customers within our subcontracts portfolio.

• Oversee a team of 40 – 50 personnel in the delivery of IT, Cyber, Cloud, and Software Development solutions;
• Developing strong relationships with clients at all levels;
• Drive growth across the subcontract portfolio through development of strong relationships;
• Deliver technical overviews and presentations to clients and management;
• Provide higher level consulting support to subcontract projects by acting as a point of escalation;
• Provide technical expertise, training and support to subcontract projects; act as a technical mentor;
• Maintain cutting edge expertise in related technology knowledge through continued research and training, and work to develop that knowledge throughout our staff;
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, which is an integral part of our brand and culture;
• Recognize new opportunities and potential new services based on client and industry interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology (IT), engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience;
• 5+ years of experience in the IT field, 3+ years of experience in Project Management;
• Candidate will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially at the senior management level;
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with a variety of clients;
• Able to work well with others in a collaborative manner and be a self-starter with minimum supervision;
• Team player capable of working in a results oriented environment;
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills are a must;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills are required and the ability to work independently is a must;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
