These positions are expected to have the equivalent skills of Cisco CCNP Collaboration or higher certification, experience in all UC systems specified above, experience in VoIP and have at least 5 years’ experience in a Unified Communications environment. These positions are the experts when it comes to the operations, maintenance and daily analysis of performance of all the USCIS Core Unified Communications hardware and software system required for UC operations to be successful in its mission, and are the key individuals responding to and initiating restoral actions on all the UC service support systems. These positions are expected to be responsive and work on all critical/high-profile UC referred issues and tickets
Must have the ability to transport laptop/work equipment to and from work and home in order to support remote work, if required.
